Desert Sky is an assisted living, skilled nursing facility offering a sub-acute unit and custodial care at multiple levels, and we have a wandering dementia unit for memory care residents all conveniently located in Glendale, Arizona [click for map].

Our unique building offers a continuum of care, which allows us to assist our residents in reaching their goals -- rehabilitation from an accident or surgery to living an enriched full life. Our dedicated therapy team consists in-house of Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists and Speech therapy. All of the Desert Sky staff members strive to ensure that our residents feel as comfortable as possible during their stay here.
